2. Scope
These terms apply to all bookings, voucher purchases and other services concluded through the website or on site with Virtual Experience GmbH.
3. Offer and Contract Formation
The offers displayed on the website are non-binding. A contract is formed once a booking or voucher order has been confirmed by our system or payment has been successfully completed.
A booking is valid only for the selected date, selected game and stated group size.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made either online using the payment methods offered on the website or on site, if that option is available for the booking.
5. Rescheduling, Cancellations and No-Shows
Requests for rescheduling or cancellation must be communicated as early as possible by e-mail or phone. A right to free cancellation or refund exists only where expressly agreed or required by mandatory law.
If a group does not appear or is significantly late, the service may lapse in whole or in part. In such cases, there is generally no entitlement to a refund.
6. Vouchers
Vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher and may be redeemed subject to offer availability.
Cash payout is excluded unless required by mandatory law. Partially redeemed vouchers retain their remaining value until the expiry date.
7. Participation and Conduct On Site
Participants must follow staff instructions and treat the facilities with care. Access or continuation of the game may be refused in the event of dangerous, abusive or heavily intoxicated behaviour.
8. Liability
Virtual Experience GmbH is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for personal injury and under mandatory law remains reserved.
9. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy on this website.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
